Job Description

- Experience: 2 to 5 years in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or FMCG

Role
- Process the Purchase Orders at customer’s portals of all General Ecommerce customers and to coordinate with logistics for arranging stocks.
- Coordinate with our Factories/CFAs for executing the POs ASAP and to arrange appointments and deliveries ASAP.
- To follow up for timely payments of all the dues billed to all customers through proper channel.
- To offer special products to specific customers which would be suitable for their respective Ecommerce platform.
- Enlisting all relevant New SKUs with Customers on time to leverage the benefit of Advertisement & sales opportunities.
- Deletion of obsolete lines to improvise Fill-Rate & to save OTB.
- Updating Product Masters with all the Ecommerce customers on a regular basis.
- To co-ordinate reconciliation of outstanding in every quarter with all customers.
- Access customers’ portals to track product movements and replenishment in time.
- Quarterly Budget Review & necessary amendments for next Quarter.
- After Customer wise Category wise Sales Review, to work out offers/discounts to liquidate Slow and Non-moving SKUs.
- Maintain a database of all Ecommerce Customers (Administrative, Commercial & Business details).
- Maintaining advertising budgets for Ecommerce customers annually.
Key Responsibilities
- AMS (Amazon Marketing Services) Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize sponsored ads, display ads, and brand campaigns on Amazon.
- Monitor performance metrics like ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CPC to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct keyword research and bid optimization to improve rankings and conversions.
- Marketing in Quick Commerce platforms – Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy & Big Basket:
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy & Big Basket).
- Optimize product listings, promotions, and ad campaigns for higher visibility.
- Track and analyze sales performance, pricing, and competitive trends.
- Website Management & SEO:
- Manage and update content on the company website (product pages, blogs, banners, etc.).
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic traffic and search rankings.
- Work with developers/designers to improve UI/UX, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Social Media Campaigns:
- Develop and execute paid and organic campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan engaging content calendars, influencer collaborations, and ad creatives.
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and conversions.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track key KPIs across platforms and generate detailed performance reports.
- Analyze data to optimize ad spend, content strategy, and audience targeting.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Other Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AMS, Blinkit, Zepto, Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and website analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Amazon Seller Central.
- Excellent analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
